D & D Computers — Attraction in Huber Heights

I’ ve been doing business with D&D computers for years. Never had a disappointment dealing with Brian. My old desktop was on Windows 10 so I took it in to see if it could be updated to Windows 11. Brian explained the motherboards were incompatible with Windows 11 requirements so I opted for a new computer. Brian asked what we used it for to configure the components to meet our needs. Components were ordered and when the new unit was ready we got a call. Also, he transfers all documents photos, music, etc from the old computer to the new one. The timeframe he predicted was spot on. When I picked it up, Brian was very patient explaining the new system to me, what software he had installed and how to make it go! Answered all my questions and explained that if I ran into any issue to call him and he would walk me through it.

He knows his stuff and is patient and professional. He included a number of freeware software packages including Word and Excel equivalents, antivirus and anti-malware software.

His prices are extremely competitive with the big box stores but his personal attention makes doing business with him a big plus. Highly recommend...

Brian has a spot-on work ethic and a solid way of going about PC repairs. I brought in three separate PCs and a box of parts; it was a NIGHTMARE. I expected him to turn me away as all of them were in different stages of builds, and I was overwhelmed.

But, he accepted the challenge lile it was I had brought him a fun Lego set to build. He told me (even though one was halfway built from an acquaintance of mine) that he would take them all apart, and start from scratch after cleaning them, before assembling the final product. Amazing... that way he knows it was done right.

After taking them in, he assessed the situation, ordered me a part that was missing (after discussing it with me of course), called me to verify some things, and proceeded on to finish to the job.

Overall, I couldn't be happier. He's so much better than Geek Squad. Brian said he's been doing this almost 30 years. That's a lot of experience, and he has worked for some very, high-value clients. I'd even trust him with my laptop if I was Hunter Biden.

We are pretty much computer challenged and it was time to purchase a new one because of the Windows thing. We dealt with Brian of D&D Computers and just closed the deal with our setup and are so pleased. Brian was so very patient with us, especially when he had to repeat himself many times. His explanation of our new system was spot on for us and especially when he had to log into our desktop and introduce it to the printer. He even used his Amazon account to order us a small table for the new hard drive. He comes highly recommended by...
