So I rented a bedframe and a brand new 75 inch tv from them back in April/may or around that time. Over the summer I don’t have any work bc I am a school teacher. I let them know that on several different occasions and they “understood”. Fast forward I was late on my payments bc I don’t work over the summer. I was able to pay $50 and that caught me up. My bank account was hacked and I had a pretty expensive expense with my cars engine going out and they kept blowing my phone up while I was at work. 3-4 times a day. I would text them bc I can’t answer the phone at work. They showed up to my house every single day knowing I was not home. Friday August 29th I called and spoke with Tyler and said I wanted to give the bedframe back since I got a new one for way cheaper then almost 4k that they were charging me for the bed frame I got from them which I didn’t know it was that much bc I was told it was around 1k. Never knew how much is truly was until I logged into my account online. So Tyler said that would be fine and I could make the payment for the tv the day they came to get the bedframe. I called Tuesday sept 2nd to ask if they could call when they were otw and he said yes but they were taking everything and weren’t accepting any kind of payment. I said that isn’t what I was told Friday so after being otp with him and him being completely rude bc his story kept changing I called customer service and to this day I’m still waiting for a call back. They came today and got everything and I will NEVER rent from the Huber location again. And not to forget I have a mattress as well that came with the bed frame and it’s with my cousin in Indiana and they said they needed her address to go get it from her…. I told them I will get it back bc at this point they are definitely feeling like they are higher then the next person which they’re not. They’ve tried to put words in my mouth and everything else when I’ve said the same thing to them a dozen times!!! They are a bunch of liars and thieves!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM...
Read moreI have been renting here almost a year i have paid off something I was renting a decided to rent a few more things here. I unfortunately became unable to make a payment for a week but called to let them know I would be able to make a double payment the week after plus late fees. I spoke to a man name Chris and he was completley unprofessional and rude. Laughed at me and said we can just come get your things. I mentioned that the manager nick had helped me out before with a payment issue just like this and there was no issue and or rudeness Chris then said to me we only do that once in a great while for a selective few. I'm paying them over a 150$ a week have been a loyal customer and felt completely disrespected. It was unnecessary the way he laughed at spoke to me unprofessional. A few years back I went to a place to rent called Aaron's and never once had an issue like this they were always very friendly and worked with me on EVERYTHING. seems like they have a bit more training to in the customer...
