Bri was THE BEST help we could have asked for. Amazing customer service in the store!!

Bri went above and beyond in a variety of ways for us. We were shopping for some living room furniture (sofa, loveseat, etc.) and literally tried every single piece of furniture there at the store. She was patient, helped us narrow down our picks and eventually helped us pick the perfect set out, all without any pressure. Bri made the entire experience amazing from start to finish!

We spent several hours at Home Zone and the entire time Bri would check up on us to make sure we are doing good and if there was anything she could do to help. She was polite, kind, personable, friendly and extremely helpful!

Once we decided on the living room furniture, we asked about dining table sets, bedroom dressers and nightstands. While these weren’t our main focus for our visit, we still looked and Bri was extremely patient and helpful with all of these. She helped us find the perfect dressers too and made the entire process free from pressure.

We said we would think on the dressers for now and only buy the living room set, but shortly after lunch we returned to Home Zone to find Bri and get the dresser and night stands as well. A big part of why we came back was because of the hidden drawer / gun drawer the dressers and nightstands had, and the other big reason is because Bri made it easy and free of pressure in purchasing all of the items we got.

To top off this amazing experience with Bri at Home Zone, when we returned to purchase the nightstands and dresser, Bri had made a list of food spots for us to try being both new to the area and major foodies. How thoughtful!! This was just another way Bri went above and beyond during our time at Home Zone.

My recent trip to the store turned into pure chaos thanks largely due its staff member he’s kind of tall, he had glasses wearing a Red Shirt. I digress, whose aggressiveness borderlined on sheer harassment – no exaggeration intended here folks ! Right off bat could tell guy wasn't interested helping whatsoever ; rather driven purely commissions & quotas dancing inside head(monetary gains above customer care). despite our clear refusals; he was desperate and needy which made the experience nauseating. Still relentless in his pursuit of a sale.I explicitly said 'leave us alone' after the sixth time he approached us, he still wouldn't back off. He replied nonchalantly while simultaneously hovering nearby feigning busywork acting as bothersome fly unwilling take hint buzzing favor life elsewhere... continuously position himself within proximity whenever possible-making sure never miss another opportunity by being just mere steps away.

after accumulating sufficient suffocation, lasting almost half hour plus counting fifteen more separate instances where individual constantly badgering Us with questions about whether we require assistance.

I can't stress enough how frustrating shopping experiences like these are! It's so crucial that stores prioritize giving their clients some breathing room. The eagerness to close deal at any cost, isn’t going to make me want to spend my money here. In fact it’s the best way to stress me out and piss me off.Eventually my family & I decided to leave as there were far better ways spend afternoon than dealing with an overly flamboyant 💅🏻 salesman who wouldn’t stop trying to pursue...

I recently visited Home Zone, Hudson Oaks and was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Cody Glover and the high quality of their products. Cody was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed. I picked out a couch, but wanted a different type of chair to go with it. He helped me pick out a recliner from another living room suit that matched perfectly. Then he guided me on the fabric choice, which was perfect, decor is not my area. He was extremely patient and asked me questions to help narrow down what I was really wanting, which I wasn’t sure of when we started. There were no high pressured sales, which was appreciated. The entire experience was relaxed and enjoyable. I can’t wait to make my next purchase. The living room suit exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be returning for future needs. Highly recommend. I had a small issue with the couch, they ask me for pics on the phone and immediately replaced it. They stand behind their furniture and make it right quickly. It took one phone call. Thank you HZ. Your customer service is just as awesome as your sales team and delivery team. I couldn’t be more pleased.
