This was the worst ever. No communication, not even a smile, felt like I was putting them out. I should have known better when it was two days before Thanksgiving and I was the only one in there. I was there two weeks prior to have a "deluxe" pedicure which in my opinion was nothing more than a regular pedicure. So this time I opted for the regular pedicure, then I was informed it was $5 extra for callous removal. Huh? Wasn't that included? How bad could my feet be, I was just here? Then, on to my fingernails, they would not do design or shape that I asked for, I'm going to have them completely removed and totally redone...

I came in for a toe nail polish change, the lady never talked to me, she applied 3 or 4 coats of nail polish and I wad under the UV light fit 10 minutes, I went home, add soon add I got home I had to go back bc my toe nail messed up, the manager did my polish, she kept leaving bumps in my toe nail and I've told her and s she said it as my nail shape, I wad surprise, my nail has not bumps or anything like that, so I asked her to apply it again so she did, she was not very friendly, I won't go back to this...

Awful! I would not recommend this place at all. The lady who did my pedicure never even spoke to me. The hot towels are anything but hot, when she unwrapped them, they weren't even warm. My pedicure was supposed to have a hot stone massage, which meant she rubbed hot stones up my legs twice. She got callus remover on my legs, which has resulted in skin burns. My heels are rougher now than when I walked in, because she didn't know how to properly remove and buff the existing skin. I will not...
