Normally I have a good experience here with no issues and a friendly staff. I don't know if they have hired some new people or not but, I have been here twice this week and it was a different story. First time was for lunch, I ordered on the app like usual. Go to the speaker and they usually pull my order up on the screen and ask me if it is correct. They didn't this time, I didn't think anything of it it's always right so I wasn't worried. Go up to the window they hand me my drink didn't say a word to me, then handed me my food and immediately closed the window. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauce or anything. I was beside myself, I needed to get back to work to I just left. It's not like they were super busy, I was the only person in the drive thru. Two days later I order the 12 taco pack for my family and I pull up to the window the guy tells me how much it is, takes my payment give me back my card, but doesn't give me a receipt. Gave me my order without saying anything and starts to close the window. Again did NOT ask me if I wanted any sauce! I had to be quick and ask for sauce. He hands me a handful of sauce, again without saying anything, and closes the window. I don't know what's happened to...
Read moreHorrible experience, We went there 1 hour and 15 minutes before they closed and they told us they can’t serve us any drinks because their drink machine is down which I understand but then she (an employee) proceeded to tell me about how they refuse to fix it and problems That probably should not be discussed with customers. We were the only people in line and we drove up to the window after we ordered and decided we wanted nacho fries well when we asked for them to add the nacho fries to our order, the guy in the back said that they don’t have any made and it we would have to wait for 4 minutes so we said we were willing to wait for four minutes and then he said, “but they’ll have to go all the way around the building back to the window to re-order it again” Mind You nobody else in line… I would understand this rule if they had a long wait but that was unacceptable. once we got our food, it was all mushy and look like there was no care put into it. Read moreJust wow... For starters, you order through the kiosk. They will not take your order. I watched the "manager" yell at an elderly gentleman, he was asking for help ordering, and she yelled at him to place an order on the kiosk, or don't eat and get out. The dining room was filthy, the kitchen was very very slow getting food out, they wernt even giving you your drinks that you ordered. They would call out order names. And you couldn't even hear or understand who was called. I also observed the "manager" walking around with gloves on, handling everything but food, I certainly hope she wasn't dealing with food after touching everything.
