My family and I visited Cooke Crumble Hudson Oaks this afternoon as a birthday treat for my husband's birthday. We purchased a box of 6 cookies plus 1 more individual cookie for a total of 7. I originally wanted the Lemon cookie that is being advertised for the week. Unfortunately it was the late afternoon and it showed to be "sold out". I was disappointed but it was not big deal, I understood and picked something else, the bannana pudding (for an upcharge of .99ea). In total we ended up with a chocolate chip, two waffle cookies, an Olivia Rodrigo cookie and 3 bannana puddings. When we arrived to the store there were numerous signs that said they could only sell 2 bannana puddings per order & any order of more than 2 bannana puddings either in store or online would be refunded. We didn't know this until after we arrived to the store (otherwise with the lemon being sold out and the max bannana puddings being 2 I probably might have skipped Cookie Crumble this time around). While making our order, one of the workers informed us that there was a max of 2 puddings per order. I had already overheard another worker letting another customer know that their order would be just a few more minutes as the lemon cookies were coming out now. Since the lemon cookie was my original choice it wasn't a big deal and I asked if they could replace the pudding that I already paid for with the lemon cookie. The young lady verbalized understanding. I also asked for them to refund the .99 upcharge I already paid for the 3rd bannana pudding that they could not sell me. The young lady had to call a manager & the manager then said they could not. Soo they couldn't sell me 3 puddings which again, I already paid for but could not refund me for the pudding they couldn't sell me? Make this make sense...

Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Imagine my delight when I ordered cookies from Crumbl Cookies in Hudson Oaks, TX, only to have them delivered by none other than 'Donald Duck' himself—or, as we know him, Mitch. In the aftermath of a Super Bowl bet gone awry, Mitch strutted into Crumbl donning a humiliating Donald Duck costume that was nothing short of hysterical: a puffy white bottom, brilliant yellow tights, red bow tie, and comically large webbed feet that slapped the floor with each step. With a duck bill strapped to his face and a bashful yet good-humored twinkle in his eye, Mitch was the embodiment of a bet well paid.
The staff at Crumbl were in on the joke from the moment he waddled in, ensuring that his embarrassment was as rich and layered as their famous cookies. They cheered and cajoled, making certain that every customer shared in the joy of Mitch's feathery fiasco. It was impossible not to laugh along as he attempted to balance his dignity with the undeniable cuteness of his fluffy, duck-like derrière.
But the true cherry on top? The team insisted that Mitch make a comeback for an encore performance, much to the delight of everyone present. It wasn't just about enjoying the sight of a grown man channeling his inner waterfowl; it was about the promise of more joyous moments like this one, all thanks to the light-hearted spirit at Crumbl Cookies.
To Mitch, the sport, and to Crumbl, the stage for this unforgettable scene, I give five stars. For anyone looking for a scrumptious treat served with a side of laughter, this is your spot.
Thanks again to the team at Crumbl, I do hope they invite Mitch back for...
Read moreMy sister and I walked into the Hudson Oaks location around 9pm on a Friday night. We were expecting a busy atmosphere, but it wasn't too horrible. When we walked in there was no greeting or asking if we needed help. We walked up to the kiosk to see they were out of every flavor except Chocolate Chip and Frosted Animal Cookie. Luckily those were two of the flavors we wanted, but disappointed they didn't have the others. They were completely out of stock. We purchased a 4 pack of the two flavors they had. Upon approaching the counter the employee flashed the cookies to us, barely giving us a chance to see the quality of what we recieved. We got a quick "sorry" but absolutely no eye contact. The two employees there seemed distracted and more concerned with what vehicles were in the parking lot, walking in and out of the store. As we walked out, my sister and I checked the cookies to see the Frosted Animal Cookie had hardly any frosting on it. I was very disappointed in the quality of how the cookies looked compared to how they are advertised. When we got home, we cut into the cookies to see they were slightly undercooked. Luckily, we don't mind softer cookies, but it seemed to be softer than usual. Overall, I probably should have voiced my concern to the employees there, but they didn't seem interested in conversing with anyone and I was highly disappointed in the total experience from walking in to consuming...
