Awful! Charge your room resort fees to use this bike place and they aren't even open! Hours show open daily at 10am, tried to go here on a Tuesday to take advantage of the "resort fees" and bike deal the hotel gives you. Ask the front desk before heading over that they were open, told yes so we headed over. Upon arrival we see "workers" loading up bikes, we are thinking they are getting ready to open and maybe helping with a reservation. Nope! Just "employees" personal use of bikes. Call the front desk to ask if they will for sure be opening after "employees" at bike rental place are now MIA, they assure us someone will be their at 11am to open so we wait, we are being charged resort fees so we want to take advantage of such charges. 11:10am rolls around and we call the front desk AGAIN because still not open. Front desk tells us "DUE TO COVID THEY WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE TIME BEING DUE TO STAFFING PROBLEMS" wasted our whole morning and time! Don't waste your time or money at this rental place or hotel. "COVID RESTRICTIONS" on everything but still charged full price for everything and minimum to...
Read moreMy bike was handed to me. I rode off, returned three minutes later and had the seat tightened. Then rode to Newport. The seat became ridiculously loose. I called them and they told me to have a bike shop fix it and I would be reimbursed. I had two shops fix it along the way, both for free out of kindness. By the time I made it back, it was loose for a third time.
I asked for a refund after riding a mile standing up. No manager was available. I was offered a one hour free rental-probably a loose seat included. Called central office. No one could help me there either. They took my info with a "hopefully we can get this taken care of you." I doubt I get a call but will update if I do.
It's unnerving to ride a bike with a loose seat. Will you make it? Hope so! Because no one can help you if you do or dont.

Read moreWe rented 2 ebike to ride down to Newport Beach and back. On our way back from NB, one of the bikes wouldn't turn on. We had to ride this fat tire ebike, without power, against the wind, back to Huntington Beach.
The bikes were in pretty poor condition. Squeaky brakes, split seats, rusted in areas.
Upon our return, we asked for a refund (naturally). This led to a debate I was forced to have on the phone with some manager who insisted the bike was in good working order "when you left".
Unbelievable.
After way too much debate, we eventually got our refund. We will not...
