Customer service is awful and not truthful. I would not buy a light bulb from them! My electrician called for wire in advance for pick up. They said they would not cut it in advance. This is understood, however, as I was heading over to pick it up, I called to ensure they would be open at 4:30. They replied “yep until 5pm. I walked in the door and they said sorry, no one is here to cut wire, we let them go early.”
This wouldn’t have been a problem if my electrician didn’t call in advance to have the wire cut waiting on my arrival and if they informed me when I called. To top it all off, when I left out, I looked backed and they were smirking.
I drive an 1.5 hours out of my way in rush hour traffic to have them not have the wire ready for pick up and no one to cut it 30 minutes before they were to close.

Post review. After posting this review, inline responded with a gracious message showing how much their customer service and experience means to them. They have also done this with other reviewers. I am upgrading this review to 5 stars due to their follow up and concern for their customers. Good service is hard to beat. Read moreI’ve been shopping at this store for years. Usually a pleasant experience. Not so lately. The ladies at the front desk in the showroom acted almost annoyed when I asked questions. No effort was made to give some guidance or help with purchasing a desk light that would be charged with a usb, instead of an electrical cord.
