So I ordered food from here because everyone said it is better than China House, and I couldn't get a hold of China House to order. Yeah, further proof that the average American doesn't know a single thing about foreign cuisine. Not only was the food bland (I felt like I was eating unflavored tofu) it was just greasy and disgusting. We ordered orange chicken, shrimp in cashew nuts, pepper steak with onion, chicken lo mein, and the house special fried rice. So in order: the orange chicken was not only flavorless, I felt like I was eating dried jerky with grease. The shrimp in cashew nuts should be renamed cashew nuts with grease and a few shrimps, issue there is probably self explanatory. The pepper steak was passable, only real issue with it is the same issue as the orange chicken, it was super dry. The chicken lo mein was just nasty all around. And the house special fried rice was bland, I have eaten steamed rice that had more flavor. And for those of you who don't know, steamed rice is NOT suppose to have flavor.
Overall this place was nasty. We ended up throwing away most of the food and going to Panda Express. Much better food and cost us about 1/4 what we paid for the swill that this...

If you judge a restaurant by its exterior, you might drive right past this place—and that would be a mistake. Sitting in a modest stand-alone building that has seen better days, this spot is home to the best Chinese buffet in Huntsville. It’s not new, it’s not flashy, but if you’re after incredible food and a welcoming atmosphere, this is the place to go.
The buffet is a cut above the rest. Every dish is fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Unlike some buffets where the food sits for hours, here, everything is replenished often, keeping it hot and delicious. From crispy egg rolls to perfectly seasoned stir-fries and rich, savory sauces, every bite feels like it was made to order.
What truly sets this place apart, though, is the owner. Incredibly personable and genuinely kind, she makes sure every guest feels welcome and taken care of. She’ll stop by your table to check on you, urging you to go back for more on, and make sure your dining experience is nothing short of excellent.
Don’t let the looks fool you—this is hands down the best Chinese buffet in town. If you’re looking for great food served with real hospitality, make this...
Read moreI really liked this buffet. They don’t offer as many choices as some other Asian buffets, but everything I tried was good! No sushi or Mongolian bbq, just basic Chinese fast food type foods. My favorite dish at Panda Express is Chicken and Mushroom and this place had a super delicious chicken and mushroom. The green beans were so yummy, nice and crisp. Their egg roll and spring roll was pretty good too. Service was great they took away plates pretty quickly and refilled drinks. They had canned sodas, but they didn’t charge very much for them. It wasn’t too busy but they customers constantly coming in and out. A lot of people got take out.
Even their desserts were good too, not a huge selection but they were all decent. They had those sugar coated donuts, roll cake, and almond cookies and some canned fruit.
I enjoyed my meal. It was a good deal considering how much eating out these days are now. I will definitely be back whenever I get a hankering for...
