Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Huntsville

I went into the store to order 1 Large Pepperoni and 1 Cheesy Bread. They said they didn't have any Cheesy Bread, was that Ok, would I wait. I said yes. A girl at the register said I would have to wait to place the order because a man (manager?) was doing something on the register. I asked about using ordering online, they said it would be cheaper and I would get points. I said, Ok, I'll just go ahead and place it via the website on my phone.

I sat down and waited. A lot of people came and went, specifically Two men came in and ordered 2 pepperoni pizzas and a cheesy bread after I sat down. They waited 5 or 10 minutes, and left. I then got up and said I placed my order before them, how is it they got their food. At this point it was about 5:27 pm. She said, you order is supposed to be ready at 5:31 pm and didn't explain anything else.

My wife was sitting the car and called me, said people are leaving with Cheesy Bread and Pizza that came in after you.

At this point it is after 5:30 pm, my wife comes in to talk to them and I go out to sit with the kids. They tell her it's because I ordered via the App/Online. Even though I placed my order 30 minutes ago while I was standing IN the store, they are giving out food to other people that walked in after me. This was NEVER mentioned when I asked about ordering online since the register wasn't ready.

VERY Upset! Would not recommend.

Original review from 2016: The deep dish is pretty good, I don't care much for the standard pizza.

Note, don't order veggies on the deep dish, we tried it with Onion and Green Peppers, the veggies were burnt, while the rest of the pizza was just good, if anything it could have stayed in the oven a little longer. The thick crust just takes too long to cook. Perhaps they should try putting the veggies...

Got there walked all the way in the front door, guy looked like he was going to take my order, then when I went to order he said that they were closed. It was wayyy too early for them to have been closed at this location. Then I walked out, but right outside the door was the employee claimed he was the General Manager at this location. I said well that doesn't help if y'all are closed. He said we might be but I'm the GM so I can make things happen for ya. I said ok well and began stating my order. After stating my order he gave me the total of $10. I then proceeded to pull out my debit card, and he saw it and said "All you have is a card?" I said yes and then was told Sorry we can't accept card orders right now. Keep in mind the fact that the store behind the register looked pretty trashed and as far as I could tell there was only the so called GM and one other employee in the building at the time. And not to mention that the GM was standing right outside the door when I walked past him and into the building to originally make my order, he saw me and never mentioned them being closed. Reason being he was too busy being entirely unprofessional flirting with some woman that came through the drive thru at the time. So This location was being run entirely by Hustling Scammers who were stealing from the Corporation and pocketing cash money from the good paying customers who simply wanted dinner for themselves and their families. Little Caesars in Huntsville Alabama at corner of Bob Wallace Ave and Triana Blvd needs to send someone to step in and clean that place up and replace their current employees including the GM, with better honest hard working individuals who don't steal from them and don't hustle money from the customers that come to purchase food there. Never again will I ever attempt to purchase food from that...

This location NEVER has any Hot & Ready Pizzas. Not even the Plain ones. I went in and ordered and paid for a regular Hot&Ready pizza. Cashier told me it would be about 5 min. I told her I would wait in my truck and i was parked right in front of the window where the cashier could see me perfectly the whole time. I waited 35 minutes and several people walked in and out with thier pizza while i was sitting there waiting. I walked back inside and asked how much longer and she asked me what I ordered and didn't even remember who I was and that I was out there waiting. She said It would be another "5 min". Waited 25 more minutes and went back in and asked where my pizza was and she said she accidentally gave it to another person and then handed me the pizza that another guy was waiting for for about 20 minutes. He got mad at me because they gave me "His Pizza". I think the employees here are from the projects and work part time so they can keep thier foodstamps and welfare. I have always loved Little caesars and I hate to see this location run by a bunch of ghetto kids who speak ebonics and stink and wear weaves made of horse hair on thier head. so...
