4/20/23 ... 11:58am I went into the store with a print number from my email as I had already sent over my documents for printing. On my last document the printer said insert my credit card (and I did) then the red light came on reading "ERROR". So being that I was the only customer in the store I called over "Can someone help me with the printer". My request went unacknowledged for several minutes, I ended up repeating this 2 more times before Marvin responded and came to the machine. Meanwhile I notice Olivia (manager) and Nia snickering and commenting under their breathe. (Please note I had been in the store 2 days earlier and had another inappropriate interaction with Olivia). When I noticed they were talking about me I said I did ask for help 3 times (they ignored).
One of my documents were cut off and I let Marvin know and his response was you can step to the desk. I honestly thought they were going to reprint it behind the counter but that was not the case. Nia walks to the register and says "What are we doing here?" and Marvin responds while handing her the cut off document "Her print was cutoff". Nia then asks me for my receipt and I handed it to her and she did something in the register, handed me my receipt and proceeded to walk away. I asked her what did we do, what can I expect .. because I wasn't clear. She responds we refunded for the sheet that was misprinted. I replied to her that no one asked if I wanted a reprint or a refund and she said well I thought u wanted a refund and walked away. So at that point I said to the manager (Olivia) this is the second time this week that I came here and both times it was poor customer service. And her response was "well when I go somewhere and they have poor customer service, I just don't go back no more". So I responded " you are the manager right? And she says yes ... I then went on to say the reason your staff responds to customers the way they do may be because the way they see you responding to customers. And she responded "I mean like I said if I go somewhere and they have poor customer service I just don't go back. At that point I let her know that her sarcasm would be reported and she shrugged her shoulders while shaking her had yes ... which said to me she simply didn't care.
Something needs to be done to address the way they treat customers ... I pray you have cameras in-store and are able to play back this encounter so something...

If I could give this business a zero, I would, because as a business it is a joke.
Because FedEx drivers have fraudulently created delivery signatures and dumped packages on the sidewalk in front of my daughter's apartment (not surprisingly, to be stolen,) we have taken to sending packages to her in care of this location.
I ordered holiday gifts for her to be shipped to her the same way. Out of my control, the shipper decided to use US Postal service. Alerted to this issue in advance, I contacted the store to explain the situation, logically hoping that with the payment of some fee they would accept the package for her to pick up. Despite the fact that they obviously receive and accept US Mail on a daily basis.
Having been turned down flat on "store policy" grounds by a counter person, I spoke with Nancy, the store manager. Nancy informed me that under no circumstances, for no fee, would they accept the package. She further offered that she refuses "many such packages, on a daily basis."
So I needed a workaround because if the dishonesty of FedEx drivers, only to be thwarted by the manager of this FedEx Office location, slavishly devoted to rules and blind to a clear revenue-generating opportunity.
In sum, if you need to send packages to a Hyde Park resident and wisely choose not to trust Fedex to obtain a real delivery signature, look elsewhere for a solution. These people simply won't help you, neither for...
Read moreI use fedex office at least twice weekly. As an artist, I have them print images for me and have done for the past 2 years at various locations all over the country. Only at this location did they try to charge me an extra $7.50 because I asked them to print the image 2 inches larger because they said this was considered ‘image enhancing’. I then went home and re-sized the images myself, sent it to them to print and they printed it at the wrong size. They said they couldn’t help me and that they would refund my money...I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve since been to two different locations who both were able to resize and print my images with no issues for no additional fees. This location is closest to me and i purposefully drive an extra 5 miles to NOT have to deal with the staff here who are beyond unhelpful. I lost two customers because their incompetence meant that my orders went out days later than expected. They could have just printed my images slightly larger like I asked, it wouldn’t have taken them any more time and EVERY OTHER LOCATION IS ABLE TO DO THIS WITH NO ISSUES. Save yourself the hassle and drive to...
