Terrible, terrible and the staff is terrible. Its a security guard name Andrew that is ignorant, and rude, as well as the office manager Pam simms who smells of alcohol, and talks down to everyone. The staff will harness the renters especially if there young, half the owners arent paying there assessment fees, and the pipes are so old that brown water comes out the bath as well as the kitchen. I have filled multiple complains to the security company as well as the manage office and it gets swept under the rug.
