Ten stars!! OMGoodness, these ribs were so delicious, moist & tender, my bbq sauce sat on the table untouched - we usually slather ‘em in sauce but there was no need for it. Amazing experience with Chef Daniel! He catered our 4th of July BBQ, and every single person asked for his info. We did not have any leftover, as guests were more than eager to take food home.
