DTLR — Local services in Hyde Park Township

I wasn’t even greeted walking in. It was just me and another customer and 3 associates. The employees were too engaged in their own conversation with the male customer before assisting me…just to turn around and talk about my shoe choice and saying how I was going to return them at a later date because they were pricey ..like I wasn’t still in the store and could hear them!!!! The shoes and price wasn’t the problem the customer service was! ALL CUSTOMERS deserve respect not just the ones you think spending a “bag” because the male customer in store I’m assuming was getting more than shoes and maybe a consistent customer ..they were more than happy to engage in conversation and assist him it really made me feel uncomfortable. It may not seem like a big deal but impressions are everything and I would never shop here again. Location was very convenient but to be treated and talked about like that was disgusting. Treat...

Rude and unprofessional. Don’t great the customers. I asked for the manager and he was just as rude. They were so into their own personal conversations that they didn’t help us with anything . Need a few sizes in Jeans no help. Walked pass us serval times never asked what we needed help with even after i asked if someone would help us.
