Supreme Bean Pie — Restaurant in Hyde Park Township

Traveled from Texas to Chicago and had bean pies in the area when I was younger. I was so disappointed when I googled for directions and learned that the restaurant Shalaam’s whose pies I had as a youth was permanently closed. I found an establishment nearby the old site of the restaurant selling bean pies and it was NOT anything like I remembered. I contacted the restaurant via social media (FB) and thankfully they responded and recommended Supreme Bean! I reached out and the business sent me a link to order and I immediately ordered my pie online and went at a later date to pick it up. I arrived and was told the store was closed but a gentleman at the mosque was selling Supreme Bean pies for cash at the door! I opted to come back for my ordered pie and before leaving the mosque parking lot, thankful for unopened plastic utensils left over from a fast food order, I cut into my pie and took a bite of my Supreme Bean Pie!!! I was immediately whisk down memory lane (the texture, the taste, the fresh ingredient melted in my mouth) Supreme Bean Pie saved the day!! I have order multiple pies with this Company Faithfully. I see these customers are saying they receiving there pies next day or etc lol all lies because it takes forever for my pies to come to me like 8:37 P.M. and the box be damage and etc. I just order 4 pies last Thursday for 2nd Air UPS and they didn't even ship it out correctly. I try to contact them by Phone, Email, and Facebook and no response. I don't do Business like this because you don't have A problem taking my money along with high shipping fees but you not Professional enough to contact me. I want A Refund and I have contacted my credit card company to file A dispute. I'm not trying to make yall rich just treat others like you want...

I order 4 regular sized pies to be delivered to GA. When looked into the order confirmation, I saw that the address was wrong and tried calling and emailing before the order was shipped. Your customer service is very unprofessional.For this to be a customer based business, there's no one manning the phones or returning emails concerning their orders.You try to support your own but they don't give the the treatment you deserve after your payment clears. I finally had to go to the ups center to get my order in which the pies wasn't packaged right, the box crushed, and too small of a ice pack melted. Was scared to eat them so they was trashed.
