I would like to leave a review for James I was in there on my birthday on memorial Day and I'm tell you this guy's an excellent budtender he knows what he's talking about. I usually don't go any anymore I get it delivered it it was my birthday and we were out I didn't know they're all going to sing Happy Birthday to me I appreciate it I love this place and all the people that work there have been fantastic. I felt bad because I didn't remind him to give me extra money for the tip that I had no cash but he said no I don't want you to have to pay the extra $3 and just told me Happy Birthday super nice person. Thank you James so much.

As one of two customers in the entire building with 5 staff members behind the counter… ignored couple of my questions, no big deal.. doing so many things at once… talking and laughing with other employees, no big deal, I’m pretty easy going. Went to buy a gram of ROSIN, showed him the picture on the menu on the iPad of the gram of rosin CONCENTRATION. This dude rings me up for a gram of the illicit live resin gram CART. I didn’t even move from where I was standing!!! He dropped it in the bag and before he stapled the receipt I pulled it out and I said yo that’s a cart, I don’t want it. I need the concentrate. He said no returns or exchanges unless defective since I had already paid for it. Again, I understand that policy. But now I have a trash, fake, botanical tasting terpene, $65 gram cart that I’ll never smoke. No offer to make it right. Just said you got a battery right? Just a hysterical experience from a customer service standpoint. Lost...
