Run, don’t walk to this tea shop! I was just complaining to my husband about how I wish there was a good Boba/Tea place in this part of town and come to find out this place has been open since November ‘23. I’ve been missing out this whole time, but I got to try the Chaiyo Milk Tea and my husband got the Thai Tea with brown sugar boba. Absolutely delicious and I got mine “less sweet” and it was perfect. Half the time when I get Boba drinks they’re too sweet for me to enjoy but I could actually taste the tea in my drink which was refreshing. The owner is super nice and knowledgeable, eager to help and give suggestions. He’s a one-man show from what I could see but he keeps the shop spotless. I’ll be a frequent flyer here for sure. Discovering Chaiyo Tea House was a delightful surprise on my quest for Boba tea. The place exudes cleanliness, space, and modern vibes. Adam, the owner, greeted us warmly, sharing his genuine passion for tea. Open for just three weeks, Chaiyo already stands out.

Adam's recommendations, Chaiyo Milk Tea, and White Peach Green Tea were spot-on. The milk tea blends black tea, creamy milk, and a subtle caramel note, torch-caramelized brown sugar, creating a delightful mix. The peach tea was a refreshing, sweet alternative.

Adam's personal touch extended to sharing the shop's backstory, making the visit more memorable. My friend and I wholeheartedly recommend Chaiyo for its quality and tasty teas. Keep an eye out for the evolving decor; it's a gem in the making. Cheers to Chaiyo Tea House!

My first time trying boba in the KC area. I had a friend who recommended this place to me. I owe them a drink now for sure! This place was amazing. The service was awesome. I didn't really know what to order and they were super friendly in explaining things to me. The shop was amazingly clean in the prep area, and spotless in the customer area. Everything was made quick and packaged well to go. The hardest part of the whole deal was not giving in to temptation to drink it right there! I had Thai Tea and a Chaiyo Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Two drinks for about the same price as 1 starbucks drink.

Bonus points for the great taste in music playing inside too!
