Generally my experiences are great, but today was the exception. I arrived 15 minutes early For the 3:00 airing of the new Guardians of the Galaxy movie. Purchased my popcorn and went to the theatre they directed me to. I was the only one in the theatre. About 10 minutes after the movie was supposed to start, nothing. So I went back to the lobby and reminded them the movie was scheduled for 3:00. They told me they'd start it right away.
After about 10-15 minutes of trailers, the movie started. The movie seemed odd at first, but as the Galaxy movies are a little odd, I waited for the opening credits. Five.minutes into the movie the title came on the screen - Alien: Covenant.
I went back to the lobby to point out their error, and the attendant said he'd requeue the correct movie and leave off the trailers as it was already 30 minutes behind schedule.
In both my trips to the lobby there was nobody in sight and I had to yell "excuse me" to get someone to help me. You'd think I'd at least get an apology for the bad service.
I tried calling the theatre later to complain about my experience, but apparently the number on their website provides no option to...
ย ย ย Read more43 years old and just got kicked out of the movies for the first time in my life. Was sorta shocked like seriously you are getting all hostile about us leaving immediately because me and my pregnant wife brought in sandwiches from outside.
First of all Iโd like to mention we did also buy a medium combo and candy from concessions to help support our local theater that we have been going to for years. The last time we went we tried to get the hot dog and we both ended up with stale dry buns and a cheap microwave hot dog (not appetizing to anyone let alone my pregnant wife)
It was still in the previews and I kindly asked if I could just take the sandwiches out to our car or throw them away. The little short manager was so rude to me and my wife and said โno you must leave immediatelyโ i apologized and we gotta up to leave when we were being escorted out and I said I was sorry I didnโt see any signs she got even more upset saying they have signs everywhere and pointed at a few different walls (all of which I still saw no sign other then no alcohol beyond this point)
We wonโt ever be going back because of how unprofessional this...

The 1st person thst checked us in was great. After movie, my son wanted to play the 2 arcade games in the lobby. I went and asked for change, to the manager, who smuggly replied they take dollars. I then returned to find my son had spilled water in seat of game. I asked for a towel to clean which the manager did. My son, 4 yr old,attempted to thank him twice, he ignored him. I then put a dollar on the game that was on and looked working to them have the manager say I don't think it works!!?? He couldn't have warned us of that when asking for change? Why not have a sign or have it unplugged. I asked for the dollar back and he stated their not our games, were not responsible for them! I asked again stating, they're in your establishment, you should be. He then said, "I think we're supposed to give you a number....". This individual has no business in a customer service position and failed the theaters reputation and a 4...
