The Flower Boutique — Attraction in Indian Trail

I hired the Flower Boutique to do flowers for my wedding. I ordered cascading bouquets and did not receive my vision. If they were cascading it was very minimal. Plus they called the day before the wedding saying they couldn’t get the calla Lillie’s in - I understand the challenges with supply chain, but that was a little disappointing. Eventually she said they had larger calla Lillie’s that were available - I didn’t really understand the point in calling me if they had a substitute. The bouquets were also much smaller than I pictured for us. The price for what we got was astronomical and I do not believe we got what we paid for. I’m all about supporting small businesses, but it was extremely upsetting for me since the flowers for our wedding we in memoria of loved ones who have departed. It’s something I can’t get back, but I suppose in the grand scheme of things no one noticed but my mom and I. I would not hire them again. We had other struggles with the flowers but that doesn’t fall on the flower boutique. That falls on our wedding planner. I placed the order on-line and then called the Florist to confirm my order and had spoke with Jen. She stated she was just getting ready to give me a call because the flower ordered was not in stock and she suggested an arrangement of Calla Lillie's.
