We attended the Christmas light show at the fairgrounds and thought it was one of the best we had ever seen. We waited in line about 1.5 hrs on a weekday. One recommendation would be to have a staff member patrolling the line in the event a person had car, child or medical issues. There wasn't anyone to notify after you got into the line after the first day of Christmas. Which would have resulted in a tremendous mess if an had occurred. We did have intermittent issues with our vehicle idling, but it resolved itself by the time we reached the 11th day of Christmas. The grounds where very clean, everyone was friendly. So much to do and time flies by. We came when the gates opened and left at 2pm. Didn't feel like that much time went by so fast. This light show is synchronized to holiday themed music and takes about 25 minutes to drive through. 30 dollars a carload up to eight people per car then the price goes up. We enjoyed the show and would be a fantastic event to see for any little boys and girls. The last day is the 31 of December so you still have time.
