Luxe Redux Bridal Indianapolis — Attraction in Indianapolis

I’ve had the best experience with Luxe Redux! Though I have never visited a location, I did have to use their ‘Try on at Home’ program after having a mishap with a local seamstress and needing to find a new dress 4 weeks before my wedding. (I also found my original dress through this program also!)

I informed them about my situation and they made sure my samples were shipped as quickly as possible. Cait, my consultant, stayed in constant contact with me being sure to check in and see what she could do to help me find a gown I love.

I tried on close to 12 gowns. One was a style I wouldn’t normally choose but I surprisingly LOVED the fit on me! This particular dress was missing a few things I was looking for but this opened the door to me finding my dream dress that I was able to find at a different dress store.

Even though I found my ceremony down at another dress shop, I did end up finding the PERFECT reception dress within one of my sample shipments. I’ve been looking all over for a reception dress this past year with no luck. But this dress is just perfect and also fits like it was made for me!

The ‘Try on at Home’ feature is so easy and convenient if you need something quickly! They make the instructions so clear and have labels already printed for you so all you have to do is box it up and drop it at FedEx. Cait was also very patient with me when she had to email my shipping labels for me to print at home after our dog got ahold of them and chewed them up.. embarrassing.

My experience with luxe redux bridal was incredible! My stylist was Lorelei and let me just say this girl is amazing! I came all the way from Tennessee and it was worth it!! We talked on the phone multiple times before my actual appointment so the day of my appointment it felt like we already knew each other. To me though it was more than that, she was so attentive by asking questions to me and my family to get to know all of us and an idea of what my wedding dreams entailed. I wanted to prank my party by trying on what I thought was the ugliest dress and get their opinion (to make sure I had an honest crew lol) and with Lorelei’s flexibility she was on board for the crazy idea. She took the time to go over each dress I tried on and discuss what I liked about it and what I didn’t like and offered suggestions to the dresses a liked to make them a little more personal to my style. Even though I had two dresses shipped from their other locations they had a nice selection of dresses for plus size girls which really impressed me. At the end I was torn between two dresses and she knew it. She was so incredibly patient and talked me through both of the dresses. She could tell I was clearly stressed and offered me a few minutes to process and think to make my decision. She never once pressured me one way or another. She handled my crazy idea and my stressed out mess of a self at the end like a champ. Honestly there were so many laughs and Lorelei was so relatable through the whole appointment. Not a good experience here. Employees were talking crap about each other here throughout my (first) time here and I was passed around. The girl at the front desk would not answer the phone. I was calling for two hours earlier in the day before I made my 35 minute drive there to say I would be a little early. For a business that warns that they charge $150 for missed appointments-not answering the phone for two hours is just down right ridiculous. I even called as I was walking into the door just to see what was going on and she was just sitting at the desk not doing anything or helping anyone. When (politely) I told her I had been trying to call for a couple of hours, she said “oh…I must have been busy.” The same front desk woman is who I ended up getting passed to for help with my appointment.

She didn’t pull what style I asked for and I never found a dress I liked here. I didn’t like the way the lady made me strip completely naked and stand there in front of her and put my arms up so she could put the dress over my head. It was really awkward especially since you don’t wear a bra when trying on dresses so I was just in my panties. I made it clear that I felt weird and she said thats how the fitting is done there. When I went to Sophia’s bridal they did not do this, and I was able to slip my own dress on comfortably from my legs up and then they adjusted it while I was covered. I have a nice body and am not insecure or anything..this was just awkward and seemed unusual.
