The pasta here is amazing so I have no complaints about the food. I absolutely look forward to stopping in every time I am in Indianapolis. However, my hesitation and frustration lies with unpleasant attitude of the cashier. My friend and I come in ordering a lot off the menu each time and yet when we have questions or are ordering the food it simply feels like we are bothering the cashier. There's a feeling of impatience and coolness that does not match the excellent pasta and food experience we get from the amazing chefs here. I don't want to be nit-picky but it's not pleasant interacting with an unfriendly customer service person when we are so enthusiastic about the food. I love the pasta here but I think twice about having to deal...
Read moreHaven’t had food here since it became Corridor. The dining area is cozy. Great lighting and decor. The food however is not great and our server had a bit of an attitude. I did have the leek vicchysoise soup which had layered flavors and was good. My friend had the eggplant involtine. It was terrible. The pasta sticking out of the eggplant was super dry and hard. As she was eating it, the pasta inside the eggplant was crunchy. The red “sauce” tasted like pure vinegar. Unfortunately this was a birthday lunch. Very disappointing. They get 1 star because the...
Read moreShared plates with a couple friends so we could try as much as possible. Everything was so good!
My personal favorites were the Sunchoke Fritters and the Eggplant Involtini; they bake the spaghetti to be a little crunchy, like a corner piece of lasagna, which makes for a perfect variety of texture and the marinara sauce was very light and flavorful - could tell it’s house-made.
We also had the Boureka, Spring Fattoush, and Spring Pea Agnolotti and I would order them all again :) I liked the combination of the fresh salad with the Boureka and the brightness of the agnolotti.
Each of the pasta dishes were served with good bread for soaking up the sauces. Something I appreciate :)
Can’t wait to go back to try more things...
