Since March 22nd I have ordered one jumpsuit that internationally said 7 to 10 business days to ship. The item cleared Canadian customs according to the tracking number that I had to call and receive over 10 days later and has been stuck in delivery mode since April 4th. I don't waste people's time or my money. I work honestly for what is mine. So to be treated like I'm lying about not receiving a package I have yet to see and mind you I have followed all of the steps they have required of me and even sent physical proof that I have reported the package not delivered and they have yet to even send me proof that they have followed protocol to report as the sender that my item is missing. I even asked for a follow up and they won't respond. I've contact Canada post and they said the sender hasn't filed any report for a missing package. So it is okay to take people money to make a profit without them getting their product? To anyone that is call...

Purchased a dress for an event . Paid over $60 for the dress also. Day of the event zipper was broken and not working. Never got to wear the dress to the event, had to go purchase a another dress for that night. I called customer service a week later they directed me to the store manager who wasn't helpful at all. I purchased Friday before Christmas and she told me because it's been a week they couldn't do anything and also all sales are final when purchased in store because you get to try on the clothes. What kind of policy is that. Moat people travel during tbe holidays, so for her to say because it's been a week really Through me. I thought the least they could do was exchange because I didn't even get to wear it. But the store manager want helpful at all I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything...

This company overcharges for their cheaply made clothing. I paid $102 for 2 dresses thinking they were decent quality. When I received my dresses, they were in 1 small USPS bag ( red flag). I opened up my bag and when I tell you those dresses are a PIECE OF FABRIC! THIN AND NO SHAPING but charging Lane Bryant prices. This is my first and LAST time shopping with them. Now I have to spend more money to get a shaper (because you can't return nor exchange the products). The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the clothes are pretty and they arrived in a timely matter( I paid extra for shipping).
