I was filming a funeral for a loved one who passed away, and my issues lay with “Errol The Manager” Errol loved to attempt to convey power. He shows little to no remorse for the famiies, it will be your fault for not knowing the rules or arrival plan. Errol The Manager also continually attempted to cause problems WITH ME PERSONALLY, as i’m filming the funeral of my brother, just trying to immortalize this day for the family. and Errol just really showed his character, and that he does not truly have respect for his clients, he doesn’t even try to hide that he doesn’t.
i have never made a review before, but it has never felt necessary until our friend Errol The Manager. i typically wouldn’t mind except when he began to make the conscious decision to step IN THE WAY of my shots, NOT ONCE, but MULTIPLE times, he looked at me, got in front of my camera, i would move to go around and he would follow, like a child just out of spite. mind you this man is at least 50. he exhibited very rotten fruits of the spirit for a holy man. i would move, and he would follow, ensuring on messing up my important shots of the deceased’s family arriving and entering.
Errol would argue i was wrong on various subjects only to be correct, when all i wanted was to aid in efficiency. Errol The Manager also threatened to “have me escorted out” multiple times, still not sure under what grounds, perhaps because i was expressing my frustration with his childish behavior. Errol reminded me of a bully police officer. he seemed to enjoy being in a place of power. Because Errol The Manager spent so many minutes choosing to be a nuisance, i have to remove 2 stars.Regardless, the rest of the staff was pleasant, and when i called Errol the manager out on his behavior, he agreed that it was shameful and abhorrent which is why i am giving 3 starts. i personally believe Errol treated the funeral service for my loved one with very little respect claiming “i do this every saturday.” it seemed at every corner, Errol the manager had a negative aspect to contribute to it. the rest of the service was wonderful. the space is great. parking is not good at all.
Errol i hope you find what’s wrong deep down and give...

Honestly,, I did not know how I was going to adapt to the new transition, after Dr. Kenneth Ulmer handed down the baton, but I guess God did because it has been a wonderful transition‼️ Pastor Dr. Foster is very relatable.
