I was impressed from the moment I entered their store, which presents like a high end jewelry store. They have incredible deals, and Heath and his father Mark were very patient and taught me a lot about diamonds – as I had very little experience buying jewelry. In the end I walked out with a great gift for my wife’s birthday, and I spotted a few items that I may want to get for myself later! I’ve been coming to this pawn shop for a long time and as soon as my ring comes up missing, I saw a different side of the family. The whole entire time I’m asking him questions trying to figure things out, he’s talking over me very loudly. He was so offended by my questions!
