Cloud Nine Inn LAX Airport ( Newly Renovated ) — Hotel in Inglewood

I am giving this place 5 stars because: It’s a great value The bed was comfortable The AC works The door locks and is solid Besides some dust on lower shelf of nightstand the room was clean They make the beds and change towels daily The water is hot and the towels and soap are of sufficient Motel 6 quality

Best of all:

1. the desk manager Jack is kind, helpful and friendly
2. there is a Starbucks 2 doors away, and a laundromat if u need one
3. it’s very close to airport and the 405 for reasonable and quick Uber to Santa Monica or Venice
4. you can walk to Sofi stadium in 35 min saving headache of post concert traffic crowds

We were two female swifties and we felt safe walking back at midnight with clumps of others doing the same thing. There are several budget motels in a row so there were others headed back from the concert. Hotel was quiet enough and fellow guests were no problem.

I had no problem. Room was clean. Check-in made me deposit $5 for my room key and remote (tons of TV channels btw), which I did NOT get back when I checked out. Also, my room 906 the air conditioner would only work for about 2 minutes before a louder fan kicked on that sent heat out. I tried setting it to COOL, and then auto, then low fan, then hi fan, as well as constant fan. Every mode would be cool for a minute or so and then the louder fan would kick on and heat would come up. I ended up having to just turn it off and open the window to get the room cool. Cloud 9 Inn, if you're reading this, please check out the air conditioner in room 906. ||Luckily I was super sleep deprived so the loud environment didn't affect me as the bed and blanket were very comfortable. This place is disgusting. I sent some of my guys to stay there on an out of town job and they were bitten by spiders. The room was dirty with hairs and debris on the bed, leftover pills and a broken glass pipe in the bathroom. The Manager was a total jerk when my guys asked him to change the sheets and then he made us park our work truck on the street because he randomly decided our F550 work truck was too big. This is one of the worst hotels I have ever sent people to and I send my guys all over the USA. I will never send people here again. One of my guys god a massive spider bite from the room.
