Double L Ranch & Wildlife Feed — Attraction in Ingram

After years of great service, on Monday 11/20/2023, I experienced my first negative experience with the Ingram location. As always I drove to the back dock to have a square bale of alfalfa. loaded into my pickup. This time, unfortunately I didn’t park close enough to permit the young man to drop it into the bed of my pickup. Instead of placing it at the edge of the dock and then loading it into my truck, he attempted to “sling” it from the dock into the bed of my truck. He missed and hit the side of my truck. He then jumped down and loaded it into my truck bed. I didn’t unload my truck until the next morning, and that is when I first noticed the rather large dent in my truck where the alfalfa bale had hit. Ouch!

It has been over 1 1/2 months since I reported this incident, and the feed store management has still not responded to this issue. I will; therefore, reduce my rating of this business from a “4” star to a “1” star which is the lowest...
