My husband and I were privileged to see Dr. Wang a few weeks back and had the best experience. I'm a melanoma survivor so I have seen my fair share of dermatologists and let me tell you Dr Wang is a gem. He is very easy going, takes the time to get to know you and your history. His bedside manner is impeccable, very respectful of your thoughts and concerns and get this he actually LISTENS! The majority of us know that nowadays this is a rare thing. He does like to do his examination first before hearing your concerns which was new to me but totally ok with it. He does move quickly but that's because he knows what he is looking for and again he doesn't rush you and will then listen to your concerns and go back to any area you ask him to. I finally feel like I've found a dermatologist that I can trust. We need more Doctors like him back in the medical field, he truly cares about you and takes time to explain everything. I visited the Dr. Wang for a check up of my skin for moles and with no attention to detailed he very quickly checked my whole body, while I had to stop him to show areas of concern. I left very disappointing with the quality of time he spent with me. To make matters worse they sent me a bill for a destruction of a malignant lesion that to date after many calls for weeks have not been able to resolve. After many failed attempts I got a call back from the office apologizing for the error. Unfortunately they are still billing me not only for the lesion but for full price of the visit instead of the negotiated price of the insurance. It is shameful to be billed for the incorrect amount, incorrect diagnosis and to have to waste so much of my time to fix their mistakes.
