I can’t believe I haven’t rate this places. It so close to me home!! It’s centrally located to 2 very large neighborhoods: Woodbury and Stonegate. So it has a lot of traffic anytime apparently. But this is something can’t be prevented anyway. But it’s so convenientttt! And I can’t believe how do they know that I prefer Chick Fil A over McDonald’s? How do they know that I prefer Home Depot instead of Lowe’s? How do they know that I prefer Ralph’s over Albertsons? How do they know that I love Trader Joe’s to death?!?! Oh I even forget Homegoods is my No.1 secret garden for a home decor holic like me!! Maybe the only spot doesn’t match my preference is that I do love CVS more than Walgreens. But since there are already many CVS in this area, it’s not a bad selection which I would honestly admit. What’s more? Ton of restaurants around by. So I can’t complain anymore. Thank you Woodbury town center! You made my life so easy and save me so...
Read moreI wish I could provide a positive review, but my experience with Woodbury Apartments, Irvine Company has been disappointing. The new management is incredibly rude and unhelpful. They seem more interested in cutting costs than in addressing tenant issues, often opting for cheap fixes that don’t resolve anything.

Loral, who claims to be part of the management team, is particularly unprofessional and dismissive. It’s clear that their focus is on collecting rent rather than caring for their tenants.
I strongly advise against renting from Irvine Company. They do not prioritize the needs of their renters, and I am very glad to...
Read moreThe best neighborhood shopping center in Irvine!
As in most neighborhood centers, Woodbury has all of the essentials (grocery, restaurants, retail, services). However, what makes this center stand out is that it combines the essentials of a shopping center with a relaxing, almost park-like environment. Truly, form AND function were combined flawlessly in a way that makes you smile every time you pick up your dry cleaning, or run any other errand.
I especially enjoy the promenade of palm trees that march up the middle of the center, directing ones view to the large green lawn area with plenty of covered patio seating and a large central fountain. This is a wonderful place to relax with a cup of coffee or a meal from a variety of cafés and restaurants.
All the essentials are here and then some, eliminating the need to drive to a larger, regional center. This is what neighborhood shopping was...
