Zerorez — Attraction in Irvine

Our first experience with Zerorez was awesome and I have a review stating just that. This was in Riverside several years ago. They have been texting me on and off since then and as we have moved to Dana Point I decided to use them again at our home here. This experience was just the opposite. The tech was unfriendly and focused on up-charging us. The carpets did come our clean but took over 36 hours to dry. I texted with complaints. No response. When I called I got a gal in the Irvine office who basically dismissed me and my concerns in no uncertain terms. She did text me afterwards that the manager would follow up with me. I said no. They had 2 opportunities to communicate effectively with me and failed on both accounts. I'm not sure if different offices handle the 2 different regions. Based on the quality of the service in the Inland Empire vs Dana Point it certainly seems so. So, roll the dice. Get a great tech and a great job or get a up-sell focused tech who leaves the carpets soaked and customer service who doesn't really seem to give a hoot about your experience. We won't be using them again. Post Script: the Sales Manager reached out to me and made amends for the service and offered a generous refund against the original price. I am satisfied now that they do indeed care about their reputation and customers as I had experienced in the past. I will now be using them again...

I have used ZeroRez for many years for carpet and upholstery cleaning. My favorite cleaner was Robert because he was hardworking, friendly and took pride in doing his very best each time. Sadly, Robert had passed away and so I was recommended to have Salvador, “ Sal “ come clean my carpeting and very large area rug. He brought with him a trainee who was a young 21 year old very polite young man and was very new to the business. What I loved about Sal was the following: He called me twice before arriving. The first call was to let me know approximately what time he expected to finish the morning job he was working on. Then again later about twenty minutes before he arrived to say he would be there soon. When I met Sal and the trainee they both had great smiles on their faces both looked very clean. Sal explained that he was training so I got to hear him speaking assuredly and professionally while teaching.

When they finished, I was so impressed!!! Every square inch looked new again, stains gone and furniture moved back in place.

I have been a Zerorez custom for a long time, but in San Diego. Now living in the OC and a unique situation came up in the condo we live in. It had to get tented for termites. I asked my wife to see if Zerorez was in Orange County and there they were. We were able to get an appointment on semi short notice and 1st thing in the morning. Brett was the tech and he gave us a courtesy call 30 minutes before our scheduled time window and he was right on time. Brett was awesome! He was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. He was very mindful how he performed this service using a large moving pad at our front entrance and corner bumpers throughout as not to scratch the walls as he moved his hoses around the condo. Brett made sure we looked around to be sure we were happy with his work before he began packing up his gear. Brett took care of our payment on site and made this experience very easy. We wanted zero residue after the termite tenting that's why we called Zerorez. 5 stars!!!
