I have been in communication with one of the owners, Pierre, today and as someone who doesn’t leave reviews very often I couldn’t help myself but say something. I have been looking for a gluten free bakery since moving to California and I found Deux Pates this morning while I was researching and I tried to order but unfortunately my address was undeliverable since I live on a military base. I called the number on Deux Pates’ website to ask if I could pick up my order since I was so excited to try their products and Pierre answered and informed me he would personally be able to deliver my order. Now I haven’t tried their bread yet but the customer service alone deserves 10 stars in my opinion, and it is so wonderful to meet people who obviously care about people being able to experience their bakes. I've been gluten free for almost 20 years now and I've just avoided most processed carbs. I really wanted to enjoy a nice breakfast last week...some veggies, nice soft fried egg, and bread.
