I came here looking for a specific color & curl pattern of braiding hair after 2 failed attempts at other beauty supply locations. Not only was the price less expensive, but they were getting ready to close and allowed ample time for me to find what I needed with 1 reminder that they were closed when their closing time officially came. I was their last customer and I was getting the hair for a dear friend who was going through a tough breakup and I wanted to make her feel beautiful so I was needing 2 more bags of the hair for the complete look. I only had enough to fully cover the price for 1 bag and was short a little over a dollar for the 2nd bag of hair. Asked the lady what color hair I needed, 2 or 4, she said 2..got all the way home just to find out that she put the 4 in my bag. Came all the way back, I live pretty far, just to have this lil ol Asian lady, who help me pick out the color by the way, tell me that I was wrong and that I picked it out so it was my fault. POINTING HER FINGER AT ME MAY I ADD! Was trying so hard not to raise my voice at her and cuss her out. As a person who has worked every type of customer service job, plus being in the military, I was really shocked! Do these people not know what customer service is and/or means. Read moreI have a salon and I visit them almost every other day for braiding hair and other supplies. In addition, I send my custom there to also pick hair for Sew-in, quick weave, braiding and etc.. most of the staff know me. One day I come in, and a short Asian guy was just ridiculously rude. I asked him about an item and asked for him to show me in the most polite way. He pointed to the isle and turned his head the other way. He acted as if he doesn't want to speak with me again. I decided to ask a different person to help. When I left the store, I felt very sad. I come there at least 3 to 4 time weekly and spend money regularly and don't deserve this kind of treatment.
