So y’all need to really fire this Manager name Tracy she was very rude. I am an Uber eats driver. I’m just there to deliver food. I get sometimes people steal food, but that’s not my issue because I did not want to give my personal information to the restaurant because Uber already has it if they have an issue with my order, she told me I was not able to pick up the food because I didn’t want to give out my personal information, it is nowhere listed in Uber that we are man dated to give out our personal information to the restaurant we are picking up from and because I didn’t want to do this. I wrote down a fake number just so I can get the food and go about my day, but then she didn’t even want to put it in my hand so I can see and verify that this was the correct order because I have gotten wrong orders before so I had to forcefully pull the pizza towards me just to see the receipt and then I told her you’re being very rude right now it’s not like I’m gonna run out the store with the pizza. I have to see the receipt so that way I can verify this is the correct order. I am picking up and I’m on telling her that she was being very rude she told me to not come back. I feel like it was racist. She didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in the restaurant. I was waiting a good 23 minutes before she even acknowledged that I was standing at the counter. I don’t know if this is a manager, but if she is, she needs training or fire her I’m sure you’ve lost many customers because of her attitude. Read moreI ordered pizza at 919pm, just wings and 2 20oz cokes. We were told 45 mins. Mind you I am 0.7 miles from their location. At 1015pm I call and am placed on hold. 56 mins later I am still on hold! At 1046pm a lady answers and I ask about an update on my food. She states "Your order has already left you should receive it at 1039pm" I ask her how is that supposed to work seeing that it's now 1050pm. She has an attitude and says " I just told you it would be there at 1039pm" Now im mad. It's literally 0.7 miles from me, and per her statement I should have had my food at 1039pm yet at nearly 1100pm now still nothing. She then proceeds to tell me that I should have know that it would be delayed as the call center took my order and told me 2 hours. Incorrect we were told 45 mins. 2 hours would have lead me to another pizza place. Needless to say my food arrived at 1112pm, I received cold wings and a 2 litter. Food and service was terrible. I have been a district manager for years and the service I received tonight had it been one of my employees would have let directly to a hard conversation. I contacted the location and spoke to the manager Joe who really didn't want to provide me his name when I asked...red flag number 1...he immediately started trying to shift blame when I explained the quality of my food ....said he couldn't find my order and everything... finally after a lot of back and forth of me verifying my entire order along with ticket number and time stamp he had no choice but to say it was from his location which he originally denied... saying I didn't place a order at his location...Joe tried to debate with me rather he agreed with my dissatisfaction of their service and product because he said he personally made my order. After going back and forth about my total amount I spent versus the lesser amount of credit he was offering to compensate for my lack of service he agreed to give me a full credit after I said I was going to contact corporate about the issue. This was a easy resolution that Joe escalated by trying to play the blame game instead of taking accountability as a real manager would. Don't think I will go back to this location...
