Faith in humanity restored! 10/12/23
At the owners recommendation I had a nice chat with the Manager. She was polite, professional and took a genuine interest in my case. She went the extra mile and located a battery for me in a neighboring store and had my iPad back to me a day earlier than originally promised. I deeply value good customer care and do my best to run my business the same way. My faith in this business has been restored, and I will be back here for my future needs.
Updated Review: 10/8/23 Customer service is truly dead..... Scheduled my iPad battery replacement online so I could get the $10 repair discount. I arrived at my scheduled time and entered the store to a clerk who acted like she was doing me a favor to come to the counter. She offered no greeting, and just stood there acting as disinterested as she could possibly be. At first she couldn't find my appt, but finally did. She told me it would be 2-3 days which worked for my schedule. I received a call late Saturday that I needed to go out of town and was hoping my iPad would be ready. I tried calling the store during business hours and received an automated response that the store was closed. I tried again Sunday and received the same store closed response. I was finally able to reach a person by using an alternate menu choice. I explained I was being called out of town and wondered how close they were to being finished. Her response was that they had to order the battery and that it would be a few more days. Why couldn't they have given me a courtesy call telling me they had to order the part? Now I have to drag my laptop on a business trip instead of taking my iPad. This is my first bad experience here, but as a business owner, if someone doesn't make you aware there is a problem, you can't fix it. In the past I've always dealt with one of the owners at the counter. Whomever this person is that waited on me isn't doing this company any favors in the way they represent the business.

I have 2 different chargers for my phone, and I couldn't get either one to charge my phone so since the charging port kept wiggling around I figured the charging port was probably bad.
I took it in and told her what the issue was, and she messed around with it for a minute and said that it did seem loose and she could replace it in less than an hour, which was great.
After she got done with it and I went back to pick it up, she said it's charging fine now so I took it home and tried charging it and I had the same exact problem as before.
I took it back into the store, and told her that it still wasn't working and she plugged it into her charger and said it's working fine with my charger, so I said okay great I guess I'll take a charger then and when I got the charger it charged just fine.

Searching online led me to them. Both batteries I bought online, got the 10%discount and was at the store by 830am. Heather at the Jackson store was great! She took my old battery out with a little effort on a cold Michigan December morning. Never complained about my Kia having some oddball bracket system. She got right on YouTube and found assistance. Then she noticed right away the truck battery that I brought for the core wasn’t the same size as I purchased online.
