Green Room — Attraction in Jackson

VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE. SOME CO-WORKERS WENT OUT FOT DRINKS AFTER WORK. WHEN WE CAME TO THE BAR THIS BLACK BIG LURCH LOOKING DUDE TAKES OUR DRINK ORDER WHICH WAS A SHOT OF FIREBALL, BUD LIGHT, AND CROWN AND COKE. WE WERE CHARGED $20, I THEM LOOKED AT MY GIRL LIKE DAMN THATS STEEP BUT DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING RIGHT THEN. IT WASN'T UNTIL WE WANTED ANOTHER ROUND WHEN SHE WENT BACK TO THE BAR AND ORDERED THE SAME THING AT A DIFFERENT PRICE!!! 🙅 SO I ASKED THE LADY BACK THERE WITH HIM HOW MUCH THE BEER WAS....INSTEAD OF HER ANSWERING SHE PROCEEDS TO WHISPER TO LURCH. HE WALKS BACK OVER TO ME AND ASKED WHAT ARE U DOING BACK AT MY BAR? I THEN ASKED HOW MUCH WERE WE BEING CHARGED FOR DRINKS? HE THEN QUOTES ME A LIE. WE GO BACK A WHOLE DIFFERENT NIGHT AND CHARGED EVEN LESS FOR THE SAME DRINKS???? I COMPLAINED AND LEFT MY NUMBER WITH THE BARTENDER THERE FOR THE OWNER TO CONTACT ME. STILL NO CALL!!! I WILL BE BACK FIR AND EXPLANATION OR HIS JOB! OVERCHARGING GOD KNOWS HOW MANY PEOPLE + TIPS ISNT COOL. SOME OF US WORK HARD TO...

One of my favorite hang- out spots in Jackson. If you love this game, you will love the Green Room. Excellent players with a plethora of knowledge to share is met by a certain charm that keeps people coming back. $5 per hour for table/ ball rental and $2 house cue rental per person is a good bargain in my eyes. The staff has a certain type of laid-back non- schelant attitude that is actually appealing. Where else can you go in this town for 2 drinks, an hour-long game, and good company for $15? That's including a 40% tip. Come check these guys out. Say hello to 'T'. You can't miss her...the magic barkeep in a baseball cap that will make you laugh before you leave. Cheers Greenroom....

We came during happy hour and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The bartender was friendly and explained everything to us because it was our first time visiting. The tables were all nice and in good shape. You have to give your keys to the bartender to get the pool sticks and balls, which we didn't mind. The atmosphere was laid back, there was a juke box where you could play a wide variety of music, the bathroom was also clean and the beers were cold. I'm glad we decided to shoot pool here for...
