I went there back in February to get a suit for my friends wedding. It was my first time there and I explained to the salesperson Jerri Carnesi I never bought a suit before. I told her that I only wanted to get my measurements and an estimated price of my suit because I didn't have the money due to the government shutdown at the time. I told her I would have some money coming in and I will be back in a week to pay for everything, and she agreed to hold my suit until I return. A week later I returned to pay for my suit to find out she didnt hold my suit like she promised. Even though I gave her all my info she did nothing, maybe cause I was young and black that she didnt believe I could afford it. Thankfully another salesman Roger Ferguson help me, we had to order a suit and thankfully it didnt take long to comeback. Also I found out that she tried to charged me and extra $80 for nothing onto my total but Mr Fregudon didn't sold me my suit at its...

After searching for my first suit in three different stores (especially Men’s Warehouse), I wasn’t able to get any good help at all. On a whim, I decided to try Jos. A Bank. They passed my expectations in every way possible! The staff in the store was very patient and knowledgeable. Moreover, the staff explained everything regarding suits to me - very helpful considering I was completely out of my depth. The staff also did not push me to buy overly expensive suits. Instead, they actively mentioned and showcased their more affordable lines of suits. Additionally, they offered tailoring services within the store - very big plus in my view.
Nonetheless, the staff was so friendly and helpful that I proceeded to buy two more suits from them - and I plan to shop here every time I need more suits! If anyone is looking for a shop to buy any formal wear, I cannot recommend Jos A....
Read moreMost terrible service I have experienced by the lady in there. I ordered 2 shirts online and wanted to exchange one which it clearly stated I could do on the shipping label. I walked in found the shirt and she said no sir we can’t exchange because you will be taking one of our shirts in exchange for the one I brought in, just as if I had stolen it from them. She said jos a bank won’t ship them another shirt. I told her that was their problem to work out and I just want to exchange shirt. She said we are franchised and don’t trust the jos a bank company to send a replacement shirt. Sounds like y’all have a problem inside the corporation that is being transferred to a very loyal customer whom is now only going to do business with the online store and not in your brick and mortar building. I will Be sure to share with the “few” people I am connected to. Merry Christmas to...
