Eat somewhere else! If you'd like to know why read on....

I've eaten at this location for over 25 years. It's always been a place to grab a meat and veggie. Always great food and great service. Many of the employees have been there a very, long time.

We went to eat here two weeks ago. The food was bad, service was bad. The restaurant looks terrible. The ceiling has mildew and dust falling from the vents. I wrote it off as a bad day, I do realize that it is a very tough time for restaurants to find people to work. I couldn't give it up in just one bad visit.

I went today by myself. The line was middling, not too busy. The line food was old and most of the glass was fogged up where you couldn't even see the food. The servers were rude and aggravated with any request from the line. A white woman server ( I assume she is some type of manager) was annoyed that I wouldn't take a burnt pork chop, she sighed loudly and stormed into the kitchen grabbing a pan of fried chicken. She told me it would be 25 minutes to fix more pork chops. I took fried chicken. Everything is being served in Styrofoam plates with plastic silverware, even the drinks. There were no cups on the line, there was no tea in the dispensers. I asked for unsweet tea and was told to ask my server when I got to the table.

I sat at a dirty table, they all were, the seat covers are torn and dirty. The carpet reeks. I sat for fifteen minutes with no server in sight. I had to go back to the register to ask about getting tea and napkins. A server shows up asking me "what did you want?" I asked for unsweet tea and napkins. Fifteen minutes later she shows back up with a thick jacket on and SWEET tea. I took it anyway and no one else ever approached me and asked if I needed anything. The food is extra salty and the chicken was drowning in grease like it had never been properly drained.

At the cashier I asked to speak to the management, I was told that the manager was on lunch break and it would be thirty minutes before I could speak to them. I paid and left. This will be my last visit here. It's really sad that a Jackson restaurant staple has gotten this bad. They need to close the dine-in side and just run the to-go side since they are obviously...

I purchased a Christmas holiday dinner. I am so disappointed. I called a couple of days before my pickup to make some changes and called back the next day to reaffirm that they all had been made. I was told that all the changes were made. When I came in the next day for my scheduled pickup and went thru the box none of my changes were done. Secondly, I was shocked to see that the dressing and carrot souffle were both frozen prepackaged that you buy at the grocery store. Picadilly is known for making homemade, homestyle meals so to see prepackaged frozen dinners was disappointing. The turkey portions were small and tasted like the prepackaged Oscar Meyer sliced turkey. It's very obvious that it was not sliced off a turkey breast. The portion of cranberry sauce...it was obvious that they opened a can and put half of it in the container. When I got home I realized they forgot to pack my ice tea. Picadilly please do better. With the price of this meal being over $100 the portions should have been bigger and ALL OF THE FOOD SHOULD HAVE BEEN FRESHLY MADE. Very, very disappointed. The only plus is that customer service was very nice. This will be the first and last time that I purchase a holiday meal...

Every time I come visit this location, I go to the take-out side. Well today I dined in due to my husband and I eating lunch together. While going through the line, I noticed the rolls did not look fresh and fluffy. I voiced this to the lady that was serving and she acted as if she heard nothing and put the brick on my plate. Thanks to the waitress she bought us fresh ones. While looking for a booth to sit in I noticed the side of the booths were filthy. I mean caked in food. It looked disgusting. We found one that was not that bad and ate there. The strawberry lemonade had a old taste to it. Like it had been packed down in a closet or some. The ceiling had brown spots and missing tile. I must say the the dine-in area looks disgusting and undesirable. We actually left early cause my husband got sick and had to vomit in the restroom and continued to vomit on our drive back home. Hate we had to leave in a hurry because I intended on taking pictures of the booths condition and also thank our waitress whom was nice. Can't think of her name but she had blonde hair and gold teeth. She did her best to...

(Excuse the photo because I had already eaten part of the chopped steak before I took the picture lol😅) A few days ago, Sunday, my mom and I got some food to-go from here and this was my first time eating at this particular location. The service was nice for the most part. I got chopped steak, cabbage, mac n cheese, and a roll with a sweet tea. The food tastes pretty good for the most part, although I would say the chopped steak was a little salty and could be seasoned with more things than just salt, and mac n cheese just had a bit too much of a liquidy consistency for my liking, but the tea was also good and I would possibly consider coming back and maybe getting a dessert next time. Another thing I want to say is I think they should more clearly display their prices for items/meals.

What I don't understand is why all of your cooks are not on one accord. One day I'll place an order and get a plate that looks like my grandmother made it and the next I'll get a plate that looks like it'll make you sick. Today I ordered baked chicken and what I got was some red tinted chicken that looked like someone poured cold cream of chicken on and my mac and cheese tasted like noodle soup because there was no cheese. I love Picadilly but I can no longer order unless I see what I'm getting.

Visiting here for family business and used to come to Piccadilly every year growing up on our family trips here. This is not the same location but the southern hospitality is still the same. There was an issue about the fish being cold (and looked over cooked) and some sides were salty. The tables could have been cleaned better but the waitress was doing her best alone on top of taking care of other patrons. Overall, I still got the pleasure and enjoyment of returning to Piccadilly.
