Terrible service. The manager, Shan Hardy, has no customer service skills and is completely unknowledgeable about Office Depot and its various departments. I placed a print order online, and went I went into the store to retrieve it on a Sunday afternoon at 4pm, I was informed Copy & Print was closed, although the store does not close until 6pm. To make matters worse, the self service print area in the store is inoperable. I asked the manager if I could just purchase the paper I need and he informed me that he didn’t know how to ring it up. I offered to talk him through how to ring it up (because I worked at Office Depot in the Copy & Print department for several years) and he declined. He offered no solutions or suggestions for the problem that was not mine. A manager should be knowledgeable of be able to operate every department in the store. Especially if you are going to allow the employee who is supposed to be working the department to leave early. Otherwise, you are putting your customers in a terrible position. Shan was completely rude and incompetent, as well as the young lady behind the register. Now I am forced to go somewhere else and print an order I already paid for but am unable to get from Office Depot. Read moreThe employees and the manager, Shun at the I 55 north location are so unprofessional. I call up there and one employee told me I had 5 days to pick up my order. He said after 5 days then it goes back. Well I ordered on the9th and today is the 14th. This is the fifth day. So when I looked online it said I had already picked it up, so I was confused. So I called to see what was going on and the manager, Sean told me after five days they go back. So I was like OK that means , it go back tomorrow I’m up here now to pick it up. The manager, Sean, he is very disrespectful, he got loud with me, Saying no, it went back today, so after we went back-and-forth a couple of times about what he had said ,I walked away from him . Read moreOrdered and paid online for two items for in store pick up. Whilst on the way to the store I got an email telling me that one item (the one I needed most urgently) was not available. That was the first issue. Why show something as available for pick up when it is not? I then checked my credit card account, and my card had been charged for both items. That was the second issue. When I questioned this I was told it would take about 4 business days to be refunded. You take my money for a quite expensive item which you don't have in stock and I don't get that money back for 4 days? That is totally unacceptable. I then went to buy an alternative, less expensive item, and was told I would have to pay for that over and above what I had already been charged. This blows my mind.
