Sassy Grace/Southern Gent Boutique — Attraction in Jackson

I hesitated to purchase from an online store I knew nothing about. The order took a very long time to get to me. The quality was less than what I was expecting and I decided to return two pieces. I have emailed their support email 3 times with no response. I have contacted them through their website with no response. I called the customer service phone number off of their website and the message says they are not taking calls at this time. Looks like they have the control here and I may need to eat the cost of the pieces I don’t want. Very frustrating and not a good way to run an online...

I placed an order for a cute dress.. I anxiously waited for my delivery .. it did take quite a while however I expected that .. I couldn’t wait to open package .. only to find a skirt ( same color as dress I ordered) I sent customer service a message 3X’s explaining I recieved wrong package .. I have heard NOTHING back from Sassy Grace .. Do NOT order.. no matter how cute their cloths look .. I lost $50 and am very very disappointed in their -0- response. This is a scam .. research the company .....

BEWARE….. I ordered 5 different tops from this company. The sizes are not true to size. I tried to return the day I received product and sent my email information in. Sharon responded to me but would not give me the complete address to return product. I called phone number on web site and left several messages and never received call back. I am now out over $200 for products that do not work. I would never order from this company because of customer service and returns. THIS COMPANY WAS FROM...
