OMG I spent 100 dollars for the worst experience Worst haircut Worst experience I wanted a specific haircut and got something nothing like I asked for was told to come back to get what I wanted live and learn found a wonderful hair dresser who gave me what I wanted for 55 dollars So disappointed with the experience - Horrible experience I tried to talk to her and I waited too long to get money back Then she said I was harassing her NO wanted half of the money back after trying to get satisfaction she said she had offered my money back but now I was to late to get anything Well found a woman who gave me the best haircut ever exactly what I wanted- Worst shampoo Worst haircut and there is no receptionist and you have to stand at a bar like area to pay - you are ignored when you enter and then you get messages - if you are 15 minutes late you do not get to keep your appointment and if you do not cancel within so many days you will be charged and if you do not park properly you will be towed. I hadn't had my hair done in a salon in 8 years and clover and woolly was recommended by a co worker and boy am I so so glad that I booked an appointment with them! I cant emphasize enough how wonderful Felicia was and the absolute amazing job she did on my hair!! I let her take the reigns for the most part with only giving her some ideas on what I was looking to have done. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in her skills and knowledge. She walked me through the entire process. I was so impressed with her and definitely will continue to schedule with her every time I need my hair done. Not only did she do amazing work but she had fallen ill and needed to reschedule my initial appointment and was willing to come in on her day off to accommodate me. First I want to say that I've heard amazing reviews regarding all of the stylists from this salon. I decided to deviate from my normal stylist and am truly disappointed.

I paid over $400 for a color that barely looks like anything was done. The stylist who blew out my hair left it halfway blown out. I mean I had curls peeking out under and roots that were curly. The stylist seemed to be in a rush. I came home hoping once a wash happened id be happy. The entire thing damaged my hair. I asked for the same thing that my other stylist would color, and have never had anyone damage my hair so severely. My hair literally broke off in the shower as I conditioned it.
