Five Below — Attraction in Jacksonville

Great experience! Greeted soon as I came through the door by what I believe was every employee in the store. It was like a cascading fountain of Welcomes. Store was clean and well put together. I was looking for something specific and when I didn’t see it, I guess I had a defeated look on my face and a very friendly man walked up and ask if he could help me with anything. I told him what I was after (not a very good vague description at that) and he guided me to a couple different areas of the store where I might find what I was looking for. When we didn’t find it, he went out of his way to go look in the back. He returned quite quickly holding not only what I was looking for but brought out three different colors. He was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I genuinely enjoyed every aspect of my experience. He was a tattooed, bearded gentleman named John. I hope Five Below knows they have a keeper! My wife and came to the store at 830 pm tonight looking for umbrella anchors. There was a female employee standing by the checkout texting on her phone. I walked up, said excuse me at least 3 times. I’m standing directly in front of her. Waved my arm up and down twice. No response. She just continued smiling at her phone texting away I walked away couldn’t find what I was looking for I went back she was off her phone so I asked for the product I wanted she said they were out We went to register and mad a different purchase. As we were leaving. We paused in front of her and told her my experience with her. She actually said “you could have yelled at me”. REALLY!!
