Sleep Number — Hotel in Jacksonville

Me and my husband went to the Jacksonville, NC store about a sleep number bed, we spent a long time in store and was told the bed we were laying on would be all that we got, which was base, mattress, frame, headboards, we purchased the mattress protector and a pillow.We were told that we had 100 day money back garuntee, so we bought bed for a small fortune. It took weeks to get the bed, Saturday bed came and it had no frame and no headboard, just base and mattress. I call store while drivers was still hear because driver said headboard would come on separate delivery. To confirm this I call store only to be told there was no headboard or frame, that we didnt purchase those items. The men quickly left our house. I was given number to customer service that I had to wait until today to call. I call them to come get bed that we were not satisfied and bed was horribly uncomfortable. I then get told bed in non refundable. Only mattress. So if they come get mattress we still owe them money for the cost of the base that they refuse to take back. I am now stuck with a very uncomfortable bed. There customer service is worse than the bed. I wouldn't recommend this bed or this...

My salesperson. Bradley McIntyre was very helpful with all my questions he did not try to be pushy to make me get more then I wanted. He was very friendly and answered all my questions, and if he was not sure about something I ask he did not try to fake it he asked for help to get me the correct answer. He is not a typical salesman he helps the customer's get what they need and want he does just try to over sell just to get a bigger commission. He is the type of salesman that will have his customer's coming back. The two sales representatives was very knowledgeable about the beds. I enjoyed my visit. My husband and I recently visited this store. We had our toddler with us, and I was a little nervous that he would be too disruptive. We worked with Chris and Christine; they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Not only did they take turns occupying our son's attention, they were both quite knowledgable and took their time answering questions and providing guidance. Chris, who we worked with more directly, didn't put any pressure on us to buy.
