On military appreciation night I was disappointed and embarrassed at the rude comments and unprofessionalism that the cashier Alexandria made towards myself and family. I arrived with my two children and ordered our food and drinks after showing my ID card. I gave her a $50 bill at which she looked intently at it, then checked it with a marker. Checking large bills is procedure so no problem there. But she was somehow convinced that the money was fake and started a conversation with her fellow coworker about the money being fake. I then told her to stop because it was not and if she needed to check it she should but it was not right that she make those comments. It was embarrassing to say the least. If she did not want to accept it or have never seen a $50 bill she should have stated this and gave a legitimate reason. But to continue to speak in a negative and degrading manner as though I was attempting to pass off fake money was ridiculous and unprofessional to say the least. This type of behavior and assumptions can quickly escalate situations. This spoiled our dinner and we should have left because the soda we wanted was out, the tables were nasty, and the selection of pizzas was poor on this night as compared to other times...

I remember coming to place as a kid and loving it, it was my favorite place to eat at and the environment was amazing and everything was clean and kept up. These days all that has changed, the last time I went it was extremely dirty and unkept I felt disgusted being in there. I don't know it I came at a bad time of day or something else. Everything was dirty, you could see the dirt and messes left on the floor from previous people and if it wasn't on the main floor it was shoved into the edges around to place. The pans where to food came out on weren't well cleaned and the soda machine felt unclean to drink from. I don't know if the company or who every runs Cicis has financial troubles or something but it looks much cheaper from when I was a kid and ate here even the food itself tasted like it was changed from before but they may just be my taste buds as I grow older. I really hate to see this place like this because it was honestly my favorite as a kid, I wish for it to still be but the uncleanliness and the cheap atmosphere makes it hard to. I hope it is better...

Came here on a Sunday at lunch time. First things first I know what your thinking. You basically asked for this which I already have in mind that obviously the place is going to be busy but come on. You have groups of people being seated while there isn't any pizza ready for people to get yet and Everytime they get a pizza out. It immediately gets taken by everyone standing and waiting. I absolutely love this place I do but today was unfortunately a unenjoyable dining experience something I thought I would never say for a cicis pizza. I just don't think it was worth the amount of money we paid today for the experience we unfortunately got. Now this was just today the people were extremely nice as always and the food was very yummy but unfortunately today was just not the day for the Cicis pizza. I suggest going here everyday but Sunday. I again want to thank the staff for being so absolutely amazing!! And that's about all I gotta...

All you can eat pizza!! What can go wrong?? Except 5000 calories a meal! Decent variety of pizzas, and there are always new coming out so you get then fresh. They customize their pizzas, so you can request which one you want. Theres also a decent salad bar, for those who wanna feel healthy before stuffing their faces with delicious greasy pizza! Maybe too grease tho..... the grease is just floating on top of the pizza and its not my favorite part..... But who can argue with a 6$ pizza buffet? They also have some sweet options: the brownie is soooo good!!! You add 2-3$ for a drink, and there are free refills. The place is pretty clean and the stuff is nice. Working non stop on those new pizzas coming up.. Be prepared to hit the gym harrrrd after this visit!

There was a time when this place was the “it” place to eat. The place was filled, the buffet stayed full, and the price was reasonable for the food. Fast forward to today and you now have a buffet that stays half empty and the pizza that is currently up there is old and dry from being under the heat lamps for so long. The staff looks miserable while working, there were little to no “Welcome to Cici’s!” like the days of old, and the overall feel was just underwhelming. All of this at a price tag of $8.49. That’s right, $8.49. That’s not including drinks. I think I’ve made my last stop at a Cici’s Pizza.

I ordered by call half spinach and half ham and cheese, a medium pizza, the only complaint I half is the display of the pizza, it looks pretty pathetic. The way it's cut and how the ham is on the bottom half looks sloppy. It was not busy when I came to pick up my order, and I hope when I come back in the future I will not have this result. On the other hand the cinnamon rolls were decent, they could have drizzle more icing on all the rolls and in a consistent manner. Most had little icing.
