Best service of my life. Since this restaurant opened I have loved it, but today tops the cake. A creepy man was loitering in the Noodles and Co bathroom and in the parking lot asking customers for money. When I went in to pick up my food, the man asked me for dollars to which i replied I had no cash but would purchase him a meal if he was hungry. He refused and then asked me to take him to Walmart and buy him stuff. I turn in to the store and the cashier and other associates are asking me if I am okay and what the creepy guy wanted. They also warned me that the man was waiting next to my car as though he was going to ask me again to take him somewhere. They let me sit and wait to see if he would leave. Two other women came into the store complaining about the creepy guy in the parking lot. The man remained next to the pick-up spots where I was parked. The cashier, without hesitation, called the police and told them that the creepy guy had not only spent a suspicious amount of time in the bathroom but that hed been disruptive to the clientel by loitering in and around the store, making guests feel uncomfortable in going to their vehicles. The police responded promptly and asked the man to leave the premises. For some, this may seem ridiculous, but the staff made me feel comfortable and safe in their place of business. Thank you Noodles and Co for being...
Read moreI am extremely upset. I am a DoorDash driver, and I arrived at Noodles & Company to pick up an order for a customer. The cashier, Anthony, falsely claimed that another Dasher had already picked it up. I asked for a copy of the receipt and went to confirm with the customer, who informed me they had not received their food.
I called the store to report that the customer never got their order, and Anthony began backtracking on his original statement. He then told me to come in so they could remake the order. By the time he said this, it was already 9:50 PM. When I asked for his name, he hung up on me.
When I spoke with the General Manager, she made excuses about them being short-staffed and said Anthony had been working six days a week. That does not excuse lying to me, mishandling the order, or hanging up the phone. I’ve been working seven days a week, and I still treat people with respect and do my job professionally.
She showed no concern for the situation and offered no apology. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and disrespectful. It has jeopardized my only source of income, and I take my job seriously. I expect better treatment and accountability from the businesses...
Read moreThey should have named the place Pasta and Company because that's mostly what they have on the menu. I ordered a small tortellini with garlic sauce and my son ordered one of the Asian dishes with marbalized steak. When I opened mine I was shocked to see that I only had eight pieces of tortellini. I thought okay well it must be the sauce that's costing me so much. I was definitely not impressed, at all, with my first bite. After my second bite I thought that there was something really wrong because it tasted horrible. I flipped the tortellini over and they were all burnt, completely black. I took it up to the counter and they handled it very professionally and told me they would make a new one. In the mean time my son ate his, which his wasn't very impressed with. He knows the texture of Asian noodles and he said that these noodles were too soft. My replacement came out and it was definitely better than the first. The sauce was a bit salty but there were more than eight pieces of tortellini.
It's a nice atmosphere, very clean, nice customer service, and great soda dispenser, but for the price and quality of the food, my one visit was...
