Jess, the worker at the register was completely rude, and unwelcoming. I had my one year old son with me and was asking if he counts as a person for the ETB, pokemon drop. Because they had stated it was “one per person”. She rudely said “ can’t he give me his phone number” I responded with “ haha yes” as obviously a joke. And she made a snark, rude comment afterwards. Making me the customer feel unwelcomed. She was extremely rude, and snarky and said my son does not count as a “person”…. Pretty sure he’s breathing and a person. I will be filing a formal complaint against her and she should be fired for how she treats customers. What happened to having good customer service? The other guys Cody, has been super nice to be and helpful. But every interaction I’ve had with Jess has been horrible, and she needs to lose her job and find a new career because clearly customer service...

I brought my brand new ps4 and I had put it in my bag that had a few tiny pieces of grass in (it was my swim bag that was clean) and when I took my ps4 out the bigger dude with the bald head and beard made a huge deal and said “we can’t take this, and embarrassed me in front of everyone.. I was confused on why until I saw the piece of grass that was on it and he said “thats a bug” I was like that’s not a bug .. it was in my swim bag.. and ran over to go wipe his hands off with the cleaning towel they use to clean.. Not only did the employee (whose name I believe was Brandon) help them find their cards, he also took the time to talk to them about Pokemon and made them feel like that conversation was the most impotent part of his day.
