Nella does such an amazing job ! Retention is amazing and so are the final set . She’s gone above and beyond and really is amazing to talk to and be around . She’s so thorough when it comes to determining what I’m looking for and making sure I’m happy . 10/10 all round 🩷

I had a rough day when i got my lashes done one day . Shortly after my appointment my tire popped in the rain on I-10 and I had a breakdown 😭I was in the rain and crying for at least an hour literally 20 minutes after my appointment . Lashes lasted through the rain,crying, and one week vacation in Mexico (4+ hours in the sun, heat, humidity, and water plus daily sunscreen ) . I even went cliff jumping into water 2 days out of that week where I was in the water for at least 7 hours . I had no lash shampoo yet even with odds against me my lashes had barely any fallout at all . At 2.5 weeks my lashes honestly did not need the full but went anyways to maintain them . Needless to say…she does a great job 😂if this doesn’t prove it I don’t...

I have been getting my lash extensions done by Caylana, the owner of HER for 4 years and she is absolutely fantastic!! I've watched Caylana thrive from doing lashes in her apartment to owning her own business and it has been an absolute pleasure to watch her grow and do so well with something she loves so much. Not only is she amazing at making sure I love my lash sets, but she is one of the sweetest people I have ever met. She always has a smile on her face and she truly loves what she does. Her and her employees take pride in their work and they always ensure that their client is happy with the services. I can't imagine going to anyone else for my lashes. The lash sets at HER never disappoint. They are always what the client is looking for and they are amazing at creating wispy/textured sets. I started seeing Caylana in 2019 right in the living room of where she was living at the time. During that time I had never fully committed to having lash extensions and saw several different lashers in between for special occasions. It wasn't until 2022 that I wanted to enhance my aesthetic and started getting Lash extensions exclusively. Caylana is so experienced and knowledgeable in her craft, and I personally have never been more pleased with a Lash artist, hence why I returned after seeing her only 1 time in 2019. I get compliments on my lashes everywhere I go at any phase of their lifecycle. I get my lashes done every 3 weeks, and while I am able to do that because I protect my investment by ensuring I wash my lashes and dry them with a handheld fan every single day, I know that my lashes last also because of how they are applied/installed.
