So unprofessional! She called me and we spoke around 9pm last night. Then she calls me 10 minutes before my appointment we had just talked about the night before no I'm sorry her husband called me saying she can't make the appointment. Then she got on the phone telling me how she can't make it . She was not nice nor pleasant or even sorry about it. So all the professionalism and niceness in the reviews, I missed all of what the good reviews are about. I will take my money and business elsewhere  I am totally disappointed! I go out of town today and I stopped searching for someone to do my eyebrows because I thought she was. What a waste of my time and big disappointment!

Response Number one, you told me someone canceled and I could have the 10am appointment at 8pm last night of which we spoke about again at 9pm and that itself is not 24 hours in advance. Again, we spoke last night at 8pm and I fell asleep is which of why I did not reschedule online but I was thinking we'll what's more than a actual voice confirmation I will be there and how badly I needed it done before I went out of town on vacation so I wouldn't have to worry about my brows. Then I had already scheduled and paid for another appointment of which wr discussed I was switching to today again at 9pm last night. You were very rude! When I talked with you and I even screen shot your voice-mail of which is turned into text and you're even on there being absolutely rude, unprofessional and definitely not what your reviews read AT ALL! I'm a small business owner and I deal with people all the time everyday of my life. It's a certain way you present and talk to people and you obviously need some training in that department. I am 45 minutes away from you and I drove 35 minutes to make that appointment on time. Then for nothing had to drive back. I drive a Mercedes benz suv and the gas is not cheap whatsoever. You not only wasted my time, but my gas, money and I as well could have called someone who was actually reliable and kept their word to do my eyebrows for my vacation. Again, you were very unprofessional and right is right and wrong is wrong and my dear you are absolutely in the wrong. I wish I could post your oh so very voice-mail you left me.

I just wanted to make our appointment couple of seconds ago for the 10 in the morning. It's means that you have to book it right now which means it was yesterday because I have to know that you're coming(?) down in the morning here did not book and I'm not coming again in the morning. The appointments not gonna happen. You can either keep your appointment on June 24 or something or you can call someone else because I'm not...

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new eyeliner lash line enhancement that Elina did!! I’ve never had any tattoos or permanent makeup so I didn’t know what to expect and I was pretty nervous but Elina totally put me at ease, she explained everything beforehand and each and every step along the way during the process. The numbing process makes it comfortable. It turned out exactly like the pictures I showed Elina of what I wanted ahead of time and I’m super excited and beyond thrilled with my results! She suggested a bit of purple and I ended up loving the look even more -She’s an artist!! She’s really good so she’s booked pretty far in advance (which is what you want!) so make sure you book online! I also got caught by a bad traffic accident on my way to my appointment yesterday so I was running behind getting to my appointment on time and she was kind enough to wait for me which I’m sure isn’t always possible but I believe I was the latest appointment that day so it was very kind of her! Elina did a fantastic combination of strokes and ombré shading since it still came out light after my initial service. During consultation, be clear with what brows you have in mind, and ask anything that concerns you like the scabbing and peeling stage. Be patient since beauty does not happen overnight! I followed them on instagram, watched insta stories and it helped me decide who to choose as my therapist. Elina's studio is very nicely decorated, the ambient music is very soothing and I can confirm that it made me sleep during treatment 😃!
