I brought my daughter to this store to buy a graduation dress. The employee was nice until we got to the register to pay for the two overly priced dresses my daughter picked out. As I was grabbing my wallet to get my card out to pay with I was told, they do not accept returns. I looked at the employee and said that is fine we do not plan to return, she has tried them both on and adores both dresses. The employee replies that she tells all new customers of that store policy and then proceeded to CUT the price tags off the two dresses I was purchasing! The dress were automatically devalued when she cut off the price tags, they are no longer New with Tags dresses nor do I know how much each dress was. I was told this is normal practice for their store HOWEVER my sister was in the same store 2 days prior and bought clothing items and was not told about a no return policy and her tags were not cut off her clothing! I also asked for my card to be ran as credit instead of debit because I don't like to put my PIN number in and the employee lied and said that wasn't possible and that I had to enter my PIN number. I have worked retail before and know for a fact this is untrue. The ONLY reason I did not say something in the store and still paid for dresses without tags is because my daughter loved them and she is extremely hard to shop for. I am pleased with the over priced dresses and never planned to return them! I now will plan to NEVER return to this store as my daughter asked me if all of this happened because she is half Puerto Rican. Very sad I had to explain to my child how people are very quick to judge others and that how we were treated Wass not her fault at all. Thank you for showing me how you run your store! I hope others are NOT treated the same way ever in your store, had my daughter not been there with me, you would NOT have gotten $200 from me and would have been left with two dresses that you cut the tags off of. ** The reply from the owner is to save face, and speaks volumes on how much they truly "care" or...

While in the shop today I witnessed a very unkind woman, bring a dress that she clearly destroyed and wanted a refund. When she was told that she could not have a refund, she became incredibly nasty and I was shocked to watch it. I can't imagine how hard it must be to have to smile when someone is that rude.
