🌳🌞 Historic Riverside Kids Park is an absolute ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ gem! 🌳🌞
As a adventuring dad, finding the perfect place to spend quality time with my kid is always a top priority, and Historic Riverside Kids Park has truly become our go-to destination. This park is nothing short of a hidden gem, offering an array of amenities that cater to every member of the family, even our four-legged friends. 🐕👨👧👦
The two dog parks are a game-changer 🎾🐶, allowing us to bring our furry companion along for the adventure. It's heartwarming to see our kids interact with our dog in a safe and spacious environment.
For the little ones, the two play areas are a dream come true 🤸♂️🤸♀️. They offer a variety of equipment suitable for different age groups, ensuring hours of fun and adventure. The duck pond is a serene spot where we enjoy feeding the ducks 🦆 and teaching our kids about wildlife 🌿🦉.
Adjacent to the dog parks, the basketball court 🏀 adds an extra layer of excitement for older kids. We often join in for a game, creating lasting memories. The open field is perfect for picnics 🍔🥪 and impromptu games of tag, while the abundant tree cover 🌳🌲 and park benches provide a comfortable retreat from the sun ☀️.
Historic Riverside Kids Park is a haven for families, offering a complete package of entertainment and relaxation. I can't express enough how grateful I am to have this park in our neighborhood. It's a five-star haven that fosters family bonding and outdoor adventures like no other....
Read moreThis is my favorite park. It has a fountain with lots of ducks, plenty of sidewalk spaces to take a full walk around the park, a large area with a big field for activities that require more space, some picnic tables (but you'll want to bring a blanket and sit on the grass picnic style, if you plan to eat), parking in the street in two areas and a small lot in the back (I believe), two play areas (one for the bigger kids, one for the smaller kids, and the upkeep is great), and plenty of benches to sit and watch everything that's going on. It's my absolute favorite park now. The only thing is that sometimes people choose this park to sleep in if they don't have any other place to go and it seems they tend to leave trash behind. It's usually not bad because I think this park gets cleaned regularly, but I have been there on some days where there is a lot of trash littering the park. Otherwise, no other complaints and I still...
Read moreThere's much to be said for this park. It's potential is not being utilized to the best of their abilities. The duck pond is nice, but most of the time uncapped a little bit of gardening would be nice. And their ducks everywhere does not make for one to want to come back. I don't think I've ever seen people there cleaning the park. And it's not really safe to go to at night. Location. Location location is everything and this one is definitely being wasted. Someone should take this place over. I have so many more ideas then I could name him here. As I'm sure most of everyone else says there with any kind of class does. "RAP" YOU ARE MISSING OUT AN OPPORTUNITY BIG TIME...
