This was the worst customer service/technical support EVERR!! I purchased a generator (Predator 9500) a week ago. This thing has given me HELL since the day I bought it!! I have called the store and technical support all week. The only thing they could tell me was to bring it back. To make a long story short, I took it back and the store clerk attempted to charge me $500 for a restocking fee. Mind you this thing is only one week old and I have had multiple people, including my electrician to trouble shoot it and it still did not work properly. I asked for a manager and Matthew (the manager) decided to take the restock fee off. The cashier that checked me out when I purchased this did not mention a restock fee but the manager said it’s on the receipt. HOW CAN YOU EVEN THINK OF CHARGING A PERSON A RESTOCK FEE AND THE PRODUCT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY??? It took close to an hour to get this resolved. He waited and waited they finally came back and said hello, I didn't know you were still on the phone. He said yeah I waiting for you to tell me if you have car ramps. They told him to hold again. Came back and said yes we have ramps but we close at 7 (it was 6:30). We got there in 5 minutes. When we walked in they were rude. We asked them where the ramps where. They told us where they were, we went back there, could only find display. Went and asked again they came back there and said let me go check on the back, still didn't have any. I asked if they could sell us display since we just needed 1, they couldnt. Then lied and said we must have sold them 30 minutes ago.
